History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Adventurer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Thervan hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Thervan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thervan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
