Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His hair is long and white with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hadarai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
