History: He was born in a small mountains village. Through the years after Vanuath was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vanuath's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Vanuath and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Enialis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
