Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
