History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Thervan was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
