History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family
