History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Varis was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Priest. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.
