History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Fisher; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
