Personality: He is fixated on the number 64. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
