History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Rael alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Suhnae was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael.
