History: He is a Hag in disguise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
