History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
