History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
