History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gennal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarion was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Quarion has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Jeweler.

History: Nim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Architect mother left him crippled. He's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
