History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He takes great joy in being the best Crown-heir in town.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He has worked as a Crown-heir like his mother before him.
