History: Aust was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Aust alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many drow want him driven away

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nutae studied abroad. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nutae fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
