History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

After coming to the age of reason, Dayereth took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Raer and his spouse have recently divorced.
