Personality: Efferil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He stands about 4'8" and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Efferil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job
