Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Arannis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Arannis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears just a blue suit, and carries sickles. He has shaved his head bald. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Riardon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
