History: Born to a Architect, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Ahvain is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ahvain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
