Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'7" and is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is long and silver with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His hair is cut close to his head. His ears are large.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Korfel isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Korfel learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His silver hair is still thick. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
