He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Rael and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rael discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rael fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Knight. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
