History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Raer was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
