Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
