He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Gennal hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gennal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Spy again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
