Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Varis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the east to a Crown-heir, Arannis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arannis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
