History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Eiravel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Eiravel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
