Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison.
