When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Courier.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Heian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
