Description: An older man who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. He has shaved his head bald. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Korfel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Korfel lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Korfel was a troubled youth.
