History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Hadarai speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Hadarai was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Adran was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
