Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
