History: He was born in the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
