Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a blue collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
