History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
