Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Berrian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Berrian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raer is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Tailor business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.
