History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His first spouse was a Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. Heian was a troubled youth. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
