His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 8. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Mindartis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Mindartis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a Masseuse first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Ahvain learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by his family

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'8" and wears a grey coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He wears his red hair up. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to be a miller again

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
