History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Soveliss and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Soveliss discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Soveliss fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up work as a Detective and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by his family
