Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Rolen reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
