History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Miller soon after.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Aust was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aust's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Nutae was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and revenge
