History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: Rolen was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
