History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Aust was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aust's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aust was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Koeth grew up listening to his father's many stories. Koeth abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. Dreali liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
