History: Gifted from a young age, Carrie studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
