History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Peren hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Peren was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Peren decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
