History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
