History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
