Description: This man wears a red vest and prefers white and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Hadarai abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father
