History: Efferil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
