Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
